Hi Abbie, thanks for the offer.
Without getting into the arguments of why toll free may be needed by
some callers, may I ask you to consider providing a limited number of
toll free lines so that those who really need it can use it. I know that
at least one sponsor for our calls had made such an arrangement and
there were no issues for anybody to get on to that call.
Besides, I am wondering if some free service like freeconference.com
(where the conference facility is free but callers pay the long distance
charges) is a better option if we ended up deciding to use toll calls
for everybody.
