Action to summarise issues around non-addressable client / two way

At the last conf call I offered to present the issues relating to using 
RM two-way if the client has a non-addressable ReplyTo and AcksTo.

This presentation has a further proposal (beyond those already sent to 
the mailing list), which I will describe when we get to the discussion 
in the TC.
