  The EPR in the GetMessage/To
will usually be the same EPR that was used in a previously sent message
- typically as the wsa:ReplyTo, but it could have been any EPR in the message.
 There's a basic assumption that the sender of the GetMessage/To will
know what endpoint is it receiving messages for.  So, its the anon
client (not the receiver/server) that creates it.  As for comparing
ref-p's, we'll probably need to explain that in the spec - but I think
we'll need to do that anyway since piggy-backing of Acks does a form of
EPR comparing that is, as of now, still undefined as well.  One definition
should cover both.

Where does the EPR in GetMessage/To
come from? If an anonymous client creates it then how does the receiver
know how to compare ref params? If the receiver creates it how does the
anonymous client learn about it?

All, 

  Following up on Paul's note we'd like to offer up another variant
of the polling solution.  We 

feel that this solution composes more cleanly, has less impact on the RM
spec and on existing 

RM implementations and supports more use-cases.  While the doc is
5 pages the proposal 

itself is only 2, the rest is supporting text (an example and reasons behind
what we did).  I 

expect we'll have to do a lot of discussing of these proposals but hopefully
the extra Q&A 

section we have will speed things along.
