Initial comments on the RM HTML:
a) Status section uses an unusually small font. This is different than the PDF text.
b) Standalone URLs and XML fragments use an unusally small font. This is different than the PDF text.
c) All the XML fragments I have reviewed have lost their indentation. This includes the XML Schema and WSDL files in the Appendices.
d) The Event and State Name example cells appear to have an extra blank line in them.
e) All the Detail fragments I have reviewed have lost their background colour. This is different than the PDF text.
