WSO2 successfully uses WS-ReliableMessaging v1.2, 
WS-ReliableMessagingPolicy v1.2, and WS-MakeConnection v1.1 
specifications [1] in accordance with the conformance clauses specified 
in Section 2.18 of the OASIS Technical Committee Process.
