I have updated the Dec F2F meeting
calendar event with the final attendance.  In addition I have updated the
roster to indicate the current voting members.

 

WS-SX members should check their
membership status and forward any questions to me.

The
attached spreadsheet contains the WS-SX TC roster and attendance

for the Dec 7-8 WS-SX F2F meeting.  

This spreadsheet was initially based on the
published WS-RX TC roster as

of late on Dec 6, 2005.  

To achieve membership status at the first F2F
meeting an individual had

to meet four tests:

a) applied at least 15 days before the meeting
(Columns "Date" and "On

Time")

b) approved by their OASIS primary rep (Column
Role - Applicants are not

yet approved, Prospective Members are approved)

c) their sponsoring company had to sign the new
OASIS membership

agreement (Column Company ends in an asterisk
"*")

d) attended the first meeting (Column "Dec
F2F").

After taking attendance at the F2F meeting, the
Column "Voting Level At

F2F" was derived as follows:
 Prospective Members representing a company

that had signed the membership agreement that were
present became Voting

members.  

I have updated the spreadsheet to include several
people that arrived at

the F2F later in the meeting and several people
that joined the call

later in the meeting.

Participants MUST check this spreadsheet to ensure
that I have recorded

their status correctly.
