Draft interop scenarios for Trust and SC

Attached is a first draft of interop scenarios for the SX
TC, these just cover Trust and SC. I haven’t gotten the message examples
together yet, that will probably take at least another week. My feeling is that
the document can be reviewed ahead of having those available.
