WS-SX Web page updates and a new F2F ballot

A few notes about the web page:

1. I just updated the web page to include
a pointer to the WS-SX F2F logistics e-mail.

2. I just created a ballot [1] for F2F
attendance. Please let us know ASAP by voting in this ballot if you will
be attending

3. The Minutes page is being sunset.
From now on a URL to the minutes of a meeting will be added to the calendar
entry for that meeting after the minutes are posted to the e-mail list.
