Description:

SecureConversationToken has BootstrapPolicy which is used to secure the
SecureConversation protocol messages.
How are the Signed(Parts/Elements)/Encrypted(Parts/Elements)that are to
be secured using the Bootstrap policy obtained . Are they implicit.
