re use of multiple signatures for Issue 52

Change #5 from

"    A single authentication mechanism MUST be used for every  
requested security token in a single message when batch request is  
used.  Thus a single Signature referencing the RSTR in the batch  
request would be appropriate"

to

"A single authentication mechanism MUST be used for the entire RSTC.  
A single Signature referencing the collection or all the RSTRs in the  
collection SHOULD be used. More than one Signature referencing the  
entire collection MAY be used."
