I don’t agree with all of these.  I propose closing the first to items with no action and adopting the proposals for items 3 -5.

Difficult to parse. 

Proposal: Replace "binding specific" with "binding-specific" 

MG: I don’t see how this adds any additional clarity. I propose retaining the existing text for these instances.

intended use outside the scope of this specification is immaterial 

Proposal: replace "is intended to be used" with "may be used" 

MG: I think it makes more sense to state the intended use than to not to. I propose retaining the existing text.

section 5.2.2 -- line 733:

verb usage

Proposal: Replace "points" with "pointing" 

MG: +1

section 5.4.11 -- line 1552 :

plural agreement

Proposal: Replace "by another specifications" with "in other specifications" 

MG: +1

section 8.6 -- line 2460 :

only modifies when, not used

Proposal: Replace "only used when" with "used only when" 

MG: +1
