Errata uploaded for SP and SC

The initial errata has been uploaded for SP and SC. This
includes the pure errata form and the errata integrated into the spec. I only
uploaded the doc formats. I have attached a zip to this message with all of the
errata in pdf format and the schema for SP. 

 

These updates address all of the pending issues.
