Interop document error

There is an issue with the interop document that needs updating.

The description of 1.9 (and associated WSDL) describe the invocation 
message as tns:ParticipantCompensationFail but both the IBM and 
Microsoft endpoints use tns:CompensationFail (the name of the scenario).

I have changed our endpoint to use tns:CompensationFail, inline with the 
other two, and we should update the interop document accordingly.
