No call on 1/13

Hello all,

Please accept my apologies for the late notice.  We won't be having a
call on 1/13 because I'll be on a plane during the usual call time.  

Please review the latest cut of the document in progress (see below) and
post any comments or concerns to the list.  

I'll work on updating my section tomorrow and post another version COB
Friday.
