Fw: [wsbpel-primer] WS-BPEL Primer

Hello all, I checked an updated version of the Primer into CVS. The updates
cover comments to chapters 3-5. In particular, I accepted most updates from
Alex and considered most comments from Monica. I also accepted a number of
trivial changes like numbering and formatting in sections 3-5.

I have updated example numbering, section numbering, and the TOC, cleaned
up Section 1.5, and made corrections to Chapter 6. This has been uploaded
to CVS (rev 1.17) and sent to the TC list.
