[wsbpel-reqts] issues  list

I was a bit behind on catching up with Wednesday's
meeting.

I believe it is now up-to-date, including the sub-issues of 82.

I've changed the names of some of the issues where the name was very

long. Very long names make the tables at the top of the list format

untidily.  The old titles are still in there as "Previous title".

I will upload to the oasis webpages before the Wednesday meeting.
