Some suggested minor changes to the spec

13.5.1 Message Events - It would be good if the first paragraph clarified
the fact that the reason why we require the use of messageType (even though
it is clearly redundant) is for purposes of readability otherwise readers
will get confused as to why its required.

The paragraph Paco added in 14.3 about using the part name as the root of
the XPATH 1.0 expression screams out for an inline example. I realize we
give examples later but it would really help the reader to have the example
in front of them when they read that paragraph.
