The appendix H should include a list
of all current and former members of the TC.  It need to be updated.

To the spec editing team - 

I can provide a spreadsheet with all
current members - we should discuss how we want to keep track of this.

Minor note. I have recently downloaded the latest version of the

specification. I looked at the committee section. I do not see

my name. I believe I am in good standing with the WS-BPEL concerning

attendance and voting.
