Right - I'll do some research on what
other groups have done regarding members who leave - my first reaction
is that they should stay on the list.  I also think that only full
members, not observers should be on the list, but again we'll have to do
some digging for the cases where folks are now observers but were full
members at one point.

Andrew, please don’t take the list as current.
 We haven’t touched it for a long time.

 

Diane, we need both the spreadsheet and
a policy.  There are members who contribute and then have to leave
the TC for various reasons.  Do we show only the current list or historical?
 Historical may be hard to keep accurate of course.

The appendix H should include a list of all current and former members
of the TC.  It need to be updated.

To the spec editing team - 

I can provide a spreadsheet with all current members - we should discuss
how we want to keep track of this.

Minor note. I have recently downloaded the latest version of the

specification. I looked at the committee section. I do not see

my name. I believe I am in good standing with the WS-BPEL concerning

attendance and voting.
