Just looked at 167 and 170. The resolution for 170 says “Yaron
Goland will send a draft of the implementor's note to the main list.”. Yaron, did you send that
draft? I don’t recall seeing it.
At this point I
would say we don’t have to fix either of these before uploading the
draft. They are both clarifications rather than changes.

apply Yaron’s corrections and upload the document to the OASIS TC site.
Alex, please
update the schema and upload to the OASIS TC site.
