I am done with the following changes in both the main word doc and XSD:

2005-05-02: YIU-OSS: Alex Yiu: Reapplying XSD syntax changes lost during 
CVS Migration:
    (a) Moving terminationHandler from process level to scope level
    (b) removing compensationHandler from the process level
    (c) renaming an attribute of "scope" from 
"variableAccessSerializable" to "isolated" and changing the term from 
"serializable" to "isolated"
    (d) removing "enableInstanceCompensation" attribute from XSD
