minor editorial mistake: missingRequest fault is missing in AppendixA

Hi all,

I discovered a minor editorial mistake: missingRequest fault is missing 
in the table in Appendix A.

Do we need to file a new issue?
Or just ask the pen-holder (Assaf?) to add that back in?
