Call Dec 20 - change in time to 9am pacific?

Hi, 

I don't know how many of you are planning
to participate in the editing call this week.  I have a conflict (yes
some of us are still working, but not too many where I am ;-) ).  

Please let me know if you'd be able
to make the call at 9am pacific/12 eastern.  I'll confirm by late
today.    

There are two things to discuss - 

most important - when can the
working copy of the spec be uploaded to the TC web page for review.  Vinky
is working on 82.2 and then Alexandre was going to do 203 and 233.  It
would probably be good to wait till 82.2 is in.  Prasad generally
does the honors for us - I don't know if he's available this week though.
 

who will be available to do
some work for us over the holidays and which issues should be tackled next.
