Prasad is in the midst of applying some
issues and should be done by Friday.  

Mike will plan to pick up the pen Monday.
 In addition to issues/action items of his choosing, he will incorporate
the approved versions of chapter 15 and appendices a and b.   

If anyone else has some time available
next week, please let us know.  I'll check with Dieter when he returns
on Monday to see if he can help.
