oops - forgot the spec editing update

Sorry - I ended the call and forgot
to have the checkpoint discussion on our spec editing.  

Right now, Dieter has the pen and Vinky
is working on the static analysis fault table.  

Is there anyone who will be available
to take the pen from Dieter later this week or early next?
