Spec editing notes from Oct 18

Hi,

Sorry I fell behind and didn't get an
email out on what we decided last week.  Participants in the editing
call were: Dieter, Alex, Danny.

Dieter volunteered to take the pen to
do as much as he could from the results of the meeting and other queued
up work items.  He noted he would be unavailable from Oct. 30 to Nov.
3.

Alex said he would have time available
after Nov. 3, but also agreed to make schema changes for the closed issues
in CVS.
