Attendees:  Alex, Danny and Mark.
 

Alex will take the pen to add the resolutions
for R1, R3, R16 and R21 to the spec.  

We'll plan to do real time editing if
needed at the F2F using the neat tool, breeze/Acrobat connect.  We
will not be walking through the spec, but applying any lingering resolutions
as needed.
