New CD ready to create public review package

We've got an updated spec with the changes
Mary pointed out (thanks, Dieter).

John is tied up in meetings - is there
anyone else who could take on the task of creating the rest of the package
- I think we need:  

diff with the last public review doc

xhtml and pdf versions of the clean
and diff versions

update to rddlMary
- is there anything else?

Is anyone available who knows how to
do this so we can get started?  I can do the first step later today
but don't know how to do the next steps.
