xhtml file - format changes to base spec

I've just uploaded a zip file with a
good html file for the public review. http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/wsbpel/download.php/21507/wsbpel-specification-public-review-draft-2_files%20xhtml%20for%20review.zip

 To make the figures come out correctly,
some reformatting was needed - there is a .doc file in the package that
includes the formatting changes - I've done a diff with the approved second
public review committee draft to confirm there is no difference beyond
the formatting.  Would one of you please take a look at it and do
the right thing to make sure that we don't lose the formatting changes.
