11/3/2003: Use Cases for WS-BPEL publicly available from WS-Chor

Per a request from John Evdemon, I have reconfirmed with the W3C 
WS-Choreography group that their use cases are open for consideration by 
WS-BPEL. They have been previously publicly posted at:

The use cases are embedded in the draft working requirements document.
