In the minutes for the 3/9 telecon Rand Anderson should be listed.

The link to Kavi shows no document found.

 

Since some issues are more important than others should we ask the TC if there are priority issues/requirements that we should specifically try to identify use cases that would include the priority issues. 

I will take a detailed look at Yin-Leng’s submission over the weekend.
