amendment as now shown. (adding "and coordination" at end of first

I read it out for the straw poll, I had corrected the typo - "issues" for 
"issue" in last line)

text is now the proposed resolution for 30 and 53 to 
59.

 

Straw 
poll was 27 : 1 in favour.
