WSDM 1.1 Ready for Committee Spec and OASIS Vote

Hi Mary, 

Today WSDM approved a new CD for the
WSDM 1.1  that addressed all the non-substantial public review comments.

We had 90% of the voting members attend
and we voted to submit for the ballot for Committee Spec and OASIS Vote.
