WSIA 5/8/2002: [wsia][security]

Rich,
Correct me if I am out of bounds, but didn't we discuss that we should
approach this after some of the basic tenets of WSIA were more mature?
I think security could touch interfaces, interaction, state, etc.
 
Either way, I would be happy to assist.
