RE: [wsia] [wsrp-interfaces] Draft spec v0.4

Hello,

I find the drawings in Appendix A to be very useful for understanding
consumers and producers. I suggest moving them toward the front of the
document (perhaps in 1.6 before the producer and consumer discussions).
