Re: [wsn] Issues verification 2.41, 3.10

I have looked at the text for Filter/ProducerProperties and
Filter/MessageContent. It is not literally what was in the proposed
resolution, but I think it's ok. The original proposal was based on the old
text in these sections, which has now been altered by several other issues,
for example 2.39 (send/deliver). We now say more about the filtering
process under /Filter, rather than repeating it for each type of filter.

the proposed resolution is missing:

"The NotificationProducer must only deliver NotificationMessages to the
NotificationConsumer if this expression evaluates to true".

- Under /wsnt:Filter /wsnt:MessageContent, the following text from the
proposed resolution:

"The evaluation context is NotificationMessage(s) that are Published on
the Topic(s) identified by the TopicPathExpression defined by the
wsnt:TopicPathExpression component of this message.
The NotificationProducer must only deliver NotificationMessages to the
NotificationConsumer if this expression evaluates to true".

has been replaced with:

"The evaluation context is Notification payload".

The proposed recommendation asks to add extensibility to the
PublisherRegistration messages, but I could not find such an addition
(unless I missed something).
