Proposed resolution for WSRF86 and clarification of WSRF50

Bryan,
Could you clarify, in the resolution to issue WSRF50, that the only fault
we identified that needs to be moved to the WS-Resource specification the
ResourceUnknownFault and that the WS-Resource spec is an affected
specification.
I uploaded a wsrf-WS-Resource-1.2-draft-03.a.wsdl
(http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/wsrf/download.php/10924/wsrf-WS-Resource-1.2-draft-03.a.wsdl)
 and wsrf-WS-Resource-1.2-draft-03.a.xsd in support of this issue.

The details of the resolution of WSRF86 are then as follows
The RP, RL and SG WSDL need to remove any of their own wsdl:message
definitions for the ResourceUnknownFault  or any import of the definition
from WSRF-RP and should instead import the definition (with a wsdl:import)
from the new wsrf-WS-Resource-1.2-draft-03.wsdl

For consistency, I suggest that the RP, RL and SG WSDL use the same
namespace prefix (wsrf-rw) for the WS-Resource WSDL:
