WS-Addressing draft specifications

Ian,

  The WS-Addressing WG has agreed to publish a snapshot of the editor's
drafts incorporating the resolutions from the recent F2F, one of which
was the elimination of Reference Properties.  Today or tomorrow, the
editors will publish to the WS-Addressing mailing list URLs pointing to
the snapshots; next Monday, the WG will vote on adopting the snapshots
as current working drafts.
