Recent changes in Membership status

Folks,

Many of you, observers, will have received mails notifying you that 
your are now members. This is part of the new process changes at OASIS. 
Ian or I switched you to Member so that you can post to the list - 
Observers under the new model cannot. Ian and just guessed that you are 
likely to post. Nothing else has changed. If you want to become a 
Voting Member under the new process, the usual attendance rules apply.

If any one is still an observer and would like to post to the list, 
please contact Ian or myself.
