Groups - wsrf-application_notes-1.2-cd-02.doc uploaded

A version of the AppNotes, with some suggestions (from Kirk Wilson)
integrated. 

These changes are : 

* make links to the references active

* makes the reference to WS-Addressing (general), and not the WSDL binding.


* in 3.1.1.4, changed references to 'cardinality' to 'multiplicity' .
