Public Comment on WS-RM v 1.0 (CA)

With the emergence of both WS-MetadataExchange 1.1 and WS-RM, there will be applications that need to integrate these two standards, e.g., by including the RMD document in a WS-MEX document.

One of the requirements of WS-MEX 1.1 is that the each type of metadata document be identified (through a @Dialect attribute) by a URI.  (The default seems to be to use the URI of the metadata namespace.)  So that applications and integration efforts dont have to guess as to the dialect of the RMD metadata document, CA suggests that there should be an explicit statement in the WS-RM spec as to what the URI for the RMD document is for WS-MetaDataExchange.
