I just posted the new proposed unified schema and new text for ResponseElement

I just posted a contribution at:

This includes a new schema, which uses an extensible base type for all 
complex content types defined.

It merges the Message header element contents into the request element.

The response message includes the reply to attribute, as voted at the 
last teleconference to resolve the issue on requirement of a message 
header with a resonse message.

It contains new proposed text for the new request element.

Please post your comments to the list before the Tuesday Teleconference.
