Line 229: the following definition was removed

Reply Publishing:
A party is said to publish a reply (an error or an acknowledgment) when 
the reply is made
available to its destination, based on the messaging pattern that is 
required. For example,
if a callback pattern is used, publishing the reply requires sending the 
callback message.
If a polling pattern is used, publishing the reply simply requires 
making the message
available to the destination, which will decide when to poll for the reply.


The editorial concern from Tony Graham was that it used terminology not 
consistent with the defined terms.

229 The definition of "Reply Publishing" uses none of the
previously-defined terminology. For example, "error or
acknowledgment" isn't consistent with other terminology.

Since the term “publish reply” , and “publish fault” is used in many 
places in the document, this definition needs to be retained, but fixed 
as follows:

Reply Publishing:
A party is said to publish an RM-reply when the RM-reply is made
available to its destination, in accordance with the RM-Reply pattern
requested by the Sending RMP. For example, if the callback reply pattern 
is in use,
publishing the reply requires sending a callback message including the 
RM-reply
information. If the poll reply pattern is used, publishing the reply 
requires making the
RM-Reply information available to be returned to the sender in response 
to a poll request.
“
