I uploaded the corrected minutes (adding Jeff M and Anish K to the roll) at

The Editors have told me that there will be a new draft posted on 
Monday, which editorially cleans up
Jacques Action Item which was posted on Thursday.

A vote for CD is on the agenda for Aug 24 telecon.
