Full agenda for wsrm tc teleconf 5/31/05

I have to take off on a plane at 6:45, So Jacques may have to run the 
meeting after I can no longer be on a cell phone.

We need another person to volunteer to take the minutes, using the 
attached agenda with roll call form as a basis.
