Future telecons

Tom and TC members,

I have two proposal for the future telecon.

1.I would propose we plan two hours meeting for the next Tuesday telecon,
   since we have limited time until closure of the TC.

2.I also propose to plan an additional telecon
   on the next Wednesday or Thursday, for the case we need more discussions.
   Proposed candidates are:
    - Wed 4/11 14:30 PDT, Wed 4/11 17:30 EDT, Thu 4/12 6:30AM JST,
    - Thu 4/12 14:30 PDT, Thu 4/12 17:30 EDT, Fri 4/13 6:30AM JST,
    - Thu 4/12 7:00AM PDT, Thu 4/12 10:00AM, Thu 23:00 JST
   We can cancel this call if all agenda items on Tuesday call are
   resolved, and there is not remaining issues or action items.
