[wsrp-conformance] New revision of Conformance Statements spreadsheetuploaded

I made some updates to this spreadsheet
today relative to our recent discussion about Use Profiles. A new revision
has been created in the OASIS repository which can be directly accessed
at http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/wsrp/wsrp-conformance/download.php/2211/WSRP%20Conformance%20statements.xls.

Basically this added columns for the
base level use profiles and a couple of tentative assertions (rows 2 and
76) for our consideration.

Alan, would you also update the Use
Profile document for use on tomorrow's call?
