Rich/Richard,
    Yesterday I tried to navigate to the Coordination subcommittee mail
archives and got a broken link.  The other subcommittee archive links
also appear to be broken.  Aer these e-mails being archived?  What are
the correct links?  Can we get the broken links fixed?
