You need to include a service wsdl on the command line to get .NET to
generate classes. E.g. use the one linked from the TC page:
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/wsrp/specifications/version1/wsrp_servi
ce.wsdl
<http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/wsrp/specifications/version1/wsrp_serv
ice.wsdl> . Best to include all the files on the command line in one go.
Alternatively, you can also import a service WSDL into VisualStudio 2003 as
a Web reference.
