OASIS defines several levels for specifications:

 - Working Draft: ongoing versions being worked within the TC
 - Committee Draft: Versions which are deemed stable and complete enough 
(at least for the some feature set) for early implementation efforts
 - Committee Specification: Version is viewed by the TC as complete
 - OASIS standard: Version approved by the OASIS membership as a standard 
(requires at least three companies to say they have implemented and use 
the related CS version)

The current ballot before the TC is approving the recent editorial changes 
as a new Committee Specification ...

Hi,

What is the term "Committee Specification" ?
Is it same with release candidat?

For now, I know the list of several versions:
Committee Specification 01 (4 December 2007)
Committee Draft 07 (8 January 2008)
Public Review Draft 04 (18 October 2007)
